BMS-986144 inhibits HCV replicon with EC50s of 2.3, 0.7, 1.0, 12, 8.0, and 5.8 nM for GT-1a, GT-1b, GT-2a, GT-3a, 1a R155X, and 1b D168V, respectively. BMS-986144 has the potential for the research of HCV infection.
