Biological Activity：Ciliobrevin D is a cell-permeable, reversible and specific inhibitor of AAA+ ATPase motor cytoplasmic dynein. Ciliobrevin D inhibits Hedgehog (Hh) signaling and primary cilia formation. Ciliobrevin D inhibits dynein-dependent microtubule gliding and ATPase activity in vitro[2].
