Biological Activity:Antipain is a protease inhibitor isolated from Actinomycetes. Antipain inhibits N-methyl-N’-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG)-induced transformation and increases chromosomal aberrations. Antipain restricts uterine DNA synthesis and function in mice[2][3][4].
