Biological Activity:Alclometasone (7a-Chloro-16a-methyl prednisolone) is a glucocorticoid and inhibits the release of pro-inflammatory mediators from leukocytes. Alclometasone can be used to relieve corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses, including atopic dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis and allergic dermatitis.
