Tacrolimus-13C,d2

CAS No. : 1356841-89-8

Biological Activity:Tacrolimus-13C,D2 (FK506-13C,D2) is a 13C-labeled and deuterium labeled Tacrolimus. Tacrolimus (FK506), a macrocyclic lactone, binds to FK506 binding protein (FKBP) to form a complex. Tacrolimus inhibits calcineurin phosphatase, which inhibits T-lymphocyte signal transduction and IL-2 transcription. Immunosuppressive properties.

Research Area:Cancer|Infection|Inflammation/Immunology

Targets:FKBP|Autophagy|Bacterial|Antibiotic|Phosphatase
