Biological Activity:Fipexide hydrochloride, a parachloro-phenossiacetic acid derivative, is a nootropic drug. Fipexide hydrochloride reduces striatal adenylate cyclase activity. Fipexide hydrochloride has positive effect on cognitive performance by dopaminergic neurotransmission. Fipexide hydrochloride is used for senile dementia research.
