Biological Activity:KCa1.1 channel activator-1 (compound 1E), a Quercetin hybrid derivative, is a selective vascular KCa1.1 channel channel stimulator. KCa1.1 channel activator-1 also displays CaV1.2 channel blocking activity. KCa1.1 channel activator-1 exhibits weak myorelaxant activity.
